At the heart of our journey together is the 'Discover' phase. It all begins when you fill out our enquiry form, giving us a glimpse into your dream wedding. The more details you share, the better we understand your vision.
Following your enquiry, you'll receive an automated email inviting you to book a complimentary initial consultation with us. This first step is crucial in laying the foundation for a wedding that truly reflects your desires and personality.
During the consultation stage, we dive deep into the essence of your wedding. This is where we get to know you – your professions, your likes and dislikes, and everything that makes your relationship unique.
We discuss every aspect of your wedding, crafting a tailored proposal that aligns with your needs, wants, and the overall vibe you envision for your special day.
In the planning phase, we embark on the exciting journey of bringing your wedding to life.
Depending on the package you choose, our focus varies. For full planning, we start by selecting key vendors – the venue, celebrant, photographer, caterer, and music. For deluxe coordination, we assess what you've already booked, guide you on what's next, and create a timeline ensuring everything is on track for your big day.
This stage is where creativity meets execution. We develop a concept that encapsulates your vision, pairing you with the perfect vendors to make it a reality.
With our deluxe coordination package, we recommend vendors and create a floor plan and timeline tailored to your needs, ensuring every detail of your day is as you've imagined.

In the last 4-6 weeks leading up to your wedding, we confirm all arrangements with vendors, finalise floor plans and timelines, and conduct final meetings and rehearsals.
On the day itself, Team JEM is there to ensure everything runs seamlessly. We handle coordination, troubleshoot discretely, manage vendors, and assist guests, all while making sure your day unfolds beautifully and on time.
If styling is part of your package, our team will be dedicated to making sure every visual aspect of your day is picture-perfect.

WHITE GLOVE SERVICE

1 one-hour Zoom meeting 2 weeks before to get a full rundown of the floor plan, set up, styling and layout.

As your Wedding Coordinators, we will direct and assist vendors and guests, as well as be your personal on the day wedding assistant. This allows you to enjoy your day to it’s fullest and leave the problem-solving to the experts.
